The Sales Director
Two 30-minute Group Coaching Sessions per Month: These sessions are designed to address team-specific goals such as increasing listings, building consistency, and boosting productivity.
Four 30-minute One-on-One Coaching sessions per Month per agent: These brief but focused meetings will review recent progress, address current opportunities, and ensure that agents are on track with their individual objectives.
Monthly Leadership Meeting: A dedicated session with team leadership to discuss overall team goals, explore new opportunities, and strategize on lead conversion and growth.
Scheduled Support preparing for appointments: with individual clients, prepping for a client event to capture business, and the one to one support that is needed for an agent to land big appointments and grow at events.
The Team Coach
Biweekly Group Coaching Sessions: Two 30-minute sessions each month dedicated to tackling team-oriented objectives like enhancing listings, improving consistency, and increasing overall productivity.
Individual Coaching Sessions: Two 30-minute sessions per agent monthly. These sessions will focus on evaluating recent achievements, exploring current opportunities, and keeping agents aligned with their personal goals.
Monthly Leadership Meeting: A regular meeting for leadership to discuss progress and strategy.
The Productivity Coach
Two 30-minute meetings per month: Ideal for individual agents or those on a team. We’ll concentrate on database growth and personalizing outreach at scale, with a focus on weekly activities, accountability, and skill development to drive your desired business growth.
One 15-minute monthly check-in: Keeps agents on track, supports skill development, and provides assistance for upcoming appointments or opportunities to expand their database.

Bret Shugrue is the Head Coach and Owner of The Pro Coach, with over a decade of coaching expertise and nearly 15 years as an agent, he has led 175 paid webinars for Keller Williams International’s KW Maps and created the "Tech Enabled Agent" and "Tech Enabled Leader" programs, empowering 125 KW Market Centers to leverage technology for effective business scaling.
Bret has shared insights at prestigious events like KW’s Family Reunion and Mega Camp, and has trained Gary Keller’s Top Agent Mastermind and KW Maps Coaches on integrating KW’s technology to enhance growth while reducing costs. Recently, he embraced virtual coaching by joining Real Brokerage and launching Pro Coach, building on his successful Productivity Coaching Program in Denver, where one of his agents won the Region's Rookie of the Year award each year.
Originally from Kearny, NJ, Bret has lived in Denver, CO for nearly 15 years. Outside of coaching, he enjoys biking daily with his 9-year-old son Magnus to school, serving as the school’s Bike to School Director, making his partner Heather laugh with dad jokes, trying to finish books, and passionately cheering for his favorite soccer teams on weekend mornings.
